Depression

Depression has been referred to as the 'common cold of mental problems. Godly men and women in the Bible and outside the Bible have suffered from depression. Causes may be rooted to wrong responses to life but not always; sometimes depression is quite chemical. Whatever the initial cause, depression may require medication to restore brain chemistry. Whether medication is used or not Biblical counselling will be a key factor in recovery.
